Rod has experienced and studied many styles and approaches to relaxation and meditation, including awareness of the breath, chakras, colour, visualisations, Buddhist and the Flower of Life.

Rod runs meditation evenings exploring approaches and techniques to meditation, relaxation and visualisation. Here you can meet like-minded people in peaceful surroundings.

New Drop-In Meditation Evenings

Starting Tuesday 29th April 7.30pm onwards, then every other week throughout the year. £5 is the suggested donation. There is no need to book, just turn up!

An open group allowing you to relax and rejuvenate in an idyllic rural location.
