Ante-Natal Yoga

Learn how to relax, breathe and safely move your body. Make your pregnancy a more enjoyable experience. Be positive, healthy and re-energised! Antenatal classes are:

Monday 10.00am - 11.15am at Wootton Park Stable House

Wednesday 7.15pm - 9.15pm at The Riverside Centre, Canterbury

Post-Natal Yoga

Do you feel as all of your energy is focused on looking after your baby, with no time for your needs? I focus on helping you to exercise safely, giving you lots of advice and support on how to relax and restore your energy. Classes also provide a great opportunity to meet other mums and share experiences. Open to all mums and babies from 6 weeks after birth.

Monday 11.30am - 12.30am (now without babies) at Wootton Park Stable House
