Class Advice
Angie 's yoga is non-competitive, and takes account of each person's body being unique.
- always listen to your own body, do not overstrain or force your muscles.
- It is best to leave at least 2 hours after a meal before coming to class.
- Wear loose comfortable clothes and bring a warm blanket with you to use in relaxation.
- Always humour your body and if you have your period do less and hold the postures for a shorter amount of time.
